Our trade-in process allows you to send in any type of Pokémon card for store credit or cash in an instant - no need to sort, price, photograph, or spend time listing anything on your own. Simply package your cards and send them to us for a quick and hassle-free experience! Please read the three simple steps below to get started!
Step 1 - Fill out the short form below!
Please click here and fill out our short form so we have your submission in our system. This is how we will know what return you are looking for (store credit or cash). You will receive an email confirmation through the email you provide. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email, it is sent instantly so it should be received almost immediately. Please print a copy of your confirmation email and include it inside of your package so we can identify it once it arrives.
Step 2 - Package your item(s) for shipment!
You will find our shipping information in the confirmation email from the above step. Print out your confirmation email and include a copy of it inside of your package so we can identify your cards. Ensure that your package is safely secured as we take no responsibility for any damage that may happen in transit due to poor packaging. Follow the steps below closely to avoid damage in transit:

Any cards that do not classify as bulk should be put into sleeves and either top loaders or placed between two pieces of thick cardboard.

Cards that classify as bulk do not need to be sleeved or put into top loaders. Please keep them tightly together (sandwich bags, team bags, etc).

It is strongly recommended to use a package that fits your item(s) tightly to prevent any shifting or moving inside the package while in transit.

Seal your package well with packing tape to ensure that nothing can either get into or fall out of your package.
Please remember if any cards are damaged in transit due to poor packaging we will take no responsibility for the damage. Lastly, please confirm that you have included a printed copy of your form inside of your package (emailed to you after form submission). We will use this copy to identify your trade-in with your package.
Step 3 - Ship your item(s) and wait for arrival!
Our shipping address will be provided in the confirmation email you received from the previous steps. Take your package to any shipping facility and send it our way! When we have received your cards, we will contact you by email to let you know that we have received your package. Please give up to 14 business day(s) for your trade-in to be processed. When your trade in has been completed, we will send you an email that includes the total amount your trade-in has earned you and information on how you can receive the funds!

More Information Regarding Trade-Ins
When submitting a trade-in, you have the option to choose either store credit or cash payout. Store credit will always return a higher amount of value as opposed to cash. The amount that you will receive for your cards depends on what type of card(s) you send in and what payout option you decide to use.
To determine how much you will be receiving for your card(s), we price them individually based on TCGPLAYER's price guide and take a percentage of the value. This only applies to cards that are not classified as bulk, in which a flat rate per card is used. A card's value can drastically change based on the condition of the card - even a small dent or crease that is barely visible can lower a card's price by over 50%. Therefore, cards need to be evaluated by our experts in person before an exact total can be given to you.
When your trade-in has been completed, you will receive an email containing a pdf file that shows you what we evaluated each card at and your total payout. If you have selected store credit, you can choose to receive a discount code that can be used on our website which will automatically remove your payout from your total. You do not have to use all of your store credit in one order and it will never expire. If you have selected cash, we will make a direct payment to you through the payment platform of your choice including PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp. Please read the chart below to see how we calculate our flat rates and payouts for all types of cards:
