How do you evaluate the condition of your cards?
NEAR MINT - The card is close to perfect condition and shows minimal to no wear on the surface or edges. A near mint card can have a tiny edge nick or small scratch, but should still look almost perfect.
LIGHTLY PLAYED - The card is in fantastic condition but may suffer from very minor border or corner wear, light scratching, and/or whitening. A lightly played card has no major damage but will show a few noticeable imperfections.
MODERATELY PLAYED - The card may suffer from more obvious signs of wear, such as scratching, scuffs, border or edge wear, whitening, warping, clouding, small bends, or a small crease. A moderately played card does not have any wear that damaged the integrity of the card, but signs of being played are very evident.
HEAVILY PLAYED - The card displays a severe amount of wear which may include creasing, whitening, extreme border wear, severe scratching, and/or bending. Heavily played cards are very clearly in poor condition.
DAMAGED - The card displays signs of visible damage such as tears, bends, extreme creasing, liquid damage, or bends that ruin the integrity of the card. Damaged cards may also display extreme border and corner wear, deep scratching, extreme cases of whitening, or a combination of some or all of the above.
Can I sell or trade in my Pokémon cards to you?
We accept sales and trade-ins of any type of Pokemon card for either store credit or cash. The type of card and its condition will play a major role in deciding how much value you will get in return. Please note that store credit always yields more as opposed to cash. We determine the market value of each card and take a percentage off to give a final total amount. Can you hold cards for me until I get the money to pay for them?
We allow customers to request a hold on any amount of cards on the store for up to 14 days at a time. The cards will be removed from the store and set aside specifically for you. If you have not made your payment to us within 14 days, the cards will be relisted on the store page for other customers to purchase. If the card you are requesting to be held is of high value, we will ask for a 5% nonrefundable deposit through PayPal for the card to be held for you. This is to prevent customers from cancelling on agreements made with us to hold cards. If you would like to request a hold, please click here to contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship cards to any country in the world! When you have finished selecting your cards and are viewing your cart, you will be provided with a shipping option for international shipping through the United States Postal Service. Are the pictures posted for each card pictures of the exact card?
Yes! The pictures you see listed on our store (both front and back) are pictures of the exact card that is being sold! Each listing is a unique card in our inventory. Because of this, you may see duplicate listings of the same card. This just means that we have more than one of that card in our inventory for sale. When any card is purchased, that card is instantly set out of stock so no other customers have the ability to purchase it.
Can I negotiate any prices of cards?
We believe that our prices are accurate based on the current market value of each card in its condition. However, sometimes card prices can drop in price and with such a large inventory it can be difficult to keep track of all price changes. Because of that, we do always listen to offers for any card. Feel free to contact us and let us know which card you'd like to send us an offer for. We use TCGPlayer as a guide for all of our prices.
Are you a reputable card seller?
We have successfully completed over 10,000 sales on our website, eBay, and social media pages. We kindly ask that all customers please leave a review on our instagram page by clicking here and leaving a comment after delivery of your cards so others can estimate how we perform as a seller.
How do you protect cards in shipping?
All of our cards are placed in sleeves and top loaders prior to being shipped. Tracked orders are also surrounded by cardboard on both sides and wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure there is no damage in transit. We have successfully shipped over 10,000 cards and have never had a reported issue. If you received a card from our store that was damaged in transit, please contact us by clicking here.
